Milk – 4 cups
Bread (cubes) – 1 slice
Corn flour – 1 teaspoon
Sour sugar – 1/4 cup
Pissy cardamom … 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped pistachios … 10-12 lbs
Pistachios (for garnish) … a few numbers
In a blender, put couscous, 1 teaspoon of cornflour and 1/2 cup of milk caps in cubes. Boil the rest of the milk until the milk is half full. Now mix the double bread paste in the milk and allow it to cook on high heat. Then add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and 10 to 12 slices of pistachios and cook for another 2 minutes.
Then add 1/2 teaspoon of powdered cardamom to the stove. After cooling on room temperature, freeze it overnight by placing it in a mixing mold. When ready, remove the cauliflower and garnish with chopped pistachios.
