Ingredients:
Pumpkin …………… Yellow 1 / 1kg
Ginger garlic paste ………………………… .. 2 tablespoons
Boiled … Tomatoes 2 numbers
Onions ……………………….. 2 digits
Green coriander…………….. 4/1 Clock
Green peppers…………………. 4 digits
Chili red chili ………. A tablespoon of food
So hot spices ……………………… A teaspoon
Turmeric………… A teaspoon
Rai ………. 1/2 teaspoon
Cloneji …………………………… 1/2 teaspoon
Oil … 1/4 cup
Salt ……… …………. Custom taste
Tip:
Cut it into pieces. Now heat 4 1/2 cups oil in a frying pan and add 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste and cook until onion is softened. Add 2/1 teaspoon rye, salt to taste and 2/1 teaspoon cloves for one to two minutes.
Now add pumpkin and a cup of water to it and leave it to cook on the curd. After 15 to 20 minutes remove the lid and fry the pumpkin when it melts. Then add 4 tbsp green chilies and 1/1 tsp green coriander and mix them in the dish and serve.
